In recent years,the study of educational wisdom is very popular in the field of education,among which there are many studies on the wisdom of educational practice.The wisdom of educational theory is of great significance to the practice of wisdom.It is the theoretical foundation of the practice of wisdom and is the source of thought for the generation of wisdom.It is also very important for teachers.As the main body of education and teaching teachers,we must have a wealth of knowledge accumulation,can correctly understand the educational theory,in teaching practice has a strong theoretical consciousness.In the theoretical thinking under the guidance of scientific and effective teaching activities,resulting in teachers of educational theory wisdom.The classroom teaching reform requires teachers with theory of wisdom,the improvement of the Teachers' professional development also requires teachers with theory of wisdom.However,in the current education research,the researcherspay more attention to educational practice wisdom of the teacher,and less focus on the teacher's educational theory wisdom.This paper argues that the wisdom of educational theory is the result of the interaction between theoretical knowledge,theoretical consciousness and theoretical thinking.The three aspects are constantly interacting with each other so that teachers can gain their experience and learn theories and theories in education practice.Teachers' theoretical wisdom is an important way to change the current situation of light theory in the current educational environment,which is the theoretical basis for the teacher education reform and professional development to rise to the theoretical height.The full text is mainly from the following four aspects:First of all,the connotation,characteristics and significance of teachers' theoretical wisdom.Through tracing and interpretation of the connotation,theoretical wisdom,defining the connotation of thewisdom,theoretical wisdomIn this study,and then put theoretical wisdomin the background of education,so as to deduce the connotation of teachers' theoretical wisdom.Teachers' theoretical wisdom is that teacherslearning and accumulating education theory knowledge what is truth knowledgein the long-term,is that teachers forming and increasingindividual theoretical knowledge constantly,forming and developing constantly teachers' theoretical awareness and theoretical thinking,and this process is cycling constantly,teachers will get experience,the accumulation of experience is teachers' theoretical wisdom.Analysis of the connotation of teachers' theoretical wisdom can be concluded that the theory of teachers' wisdom has stability and abstractness,logical,creative and personal characteristics,with the significance ofinspiring,guiding and reflecting the teachers' education practice.Secondly,the classification and composition of teachers' theoretical wisdom.In this paper,from the perspective of the source of wisdom and present forms of teachers theoretical wisdom,it can be divided into public education theoretical wisdom and personal education theoretical wisdom.Analyze the composition of teachers theoretical wisdom,there is no doubt that educationtheoretical knowledgeis a basic part.Teachers' theoretical wisdom as a kind of wisdom,its forming process without the participation of consciousness and thinking,therefore,theoreticalconsciousness and theoretical thinking is also necessary for the teaching theory of intelligence activities.Again,the theoretical dilemma of teacher's theoretical wisdom.This paper analyzes the realistic dilemma of the current teacher 's theoretical wisdom from the system,the school and the individual level.The level of the system is mainly the traditional training mode of teachers.The school level is mainly the influence of the campus environment under the long-term practice of the school under the examination-oriented education system.The individual level mainly comes from the teachers' misunderstanding of the theory.Finally,the teacher's theoretical wisdom generates the foundation and generates the path.Mainly from the knowledge,ideas and reality of the three aspects of teachers' theoretical wisdom of the foundation.Based on the foundation of the formation,the author analyzes the path of the formation of the theoretical wisdom of the teacher from the aspects of the construction of the external environment and the cultivation of the internal elements.
