The " Internet " action plan was proposed and formulated by Premier Li Keqiang in the 2015 " Report on the Work of the Government".In the same year's education development forum," internet + education" was taken as the theme to discuss the in-depth integration of education and the internet.As a subordinate concept of education,physical education is an important part of education.With the development of Internet technology,new teaching methods and means have continuously poured into physical education,making great changes in physical education.Facing the complicated situation of physical education,physical education teachers need to continuously improve and develop their own teaching wisdom in order to meet the needs of the developing physical education classes,to promote the development of their own professional qualities,and to continuously adapt to the reform and development of physical education.This study takes the teaching wisdom of primary and secondary school physical education teachers as the research object.Through literature review,case analysis,interviews and other methods,while deeply digging and analyzing the connotation and characteristics of the teaching wisdom of physical education teachers under the background of " internet plus",it discusses the factors that affect the generation of teaching wisdom of physical education teachers under the background of " internet plus" and the generation ways of teaching wisdom of physical education teachers.Through this research,it is found that the main factors that affect the generation of PE teachers' teaching wisdom are: PE teachers' own teaching concepts,knowledge structure,teaching practice and reflection,the application ability of Internet information technology,etc.The objective factors that affect the generation of PE teachers' teaching wisdom are: teachers' teaching evaluation system,school management system,school culture,education policy,etc.Among them,the teaching concept of physical education teachers is the premise of generating teaching wisdom,the teaching practice ability and knowledge structure of physical education teachers are the basis of generating teaching wisdom,and teaching reflection is the way of generating teaching wisdom.The way to generate the teaching wisdom of physical education teachers is to get rid of the shackles of traditional physical education teaching concepts on teaching and to improve the professional quality of physical education teachers themselves.Secondly,to strengthen the practical reflection of physical education,to strive to improve the campus management system.Finally,to strive to improve the integration of professional skills and quality of physical education teachers with Internet technology,and to build an Internet resource library for physical education courses.Teachers can form their own teaching wisdom only by continuously accepting and absorbing new teaching concepts,taking their essence,establishing correct teaching concepts,and through continuous teaching and reflection.At the same time,education authorities and schools should change the existing evaluation system to provide a good external environment for teachers.
