The profession of teacher is one which can make the educators and the educated more perfect. Moreover, it will be beneficial for the students to develop and be perfect only when the educators perfect themselves consciously. The educator's perfecting themselves critically lies in the teachers' reflecting . The first step of the teachers' growing and develop is the teachers' reflecting themselves, evaluating themselves and reforming themselves. Evoking the teachers' life-force lies in themselves. Only the teachers' themselves can describe their real image.The object of reflection is the teachers'profession activities. The teachers think deeply, sincerely and systematically about their activities and the results in their job, examine the reasonableness of their activities, evaluate the practical effect of their activities and learn through the evaluation. Therefore, it can develop the teachers' professional accomplishment.Reflection is a bridge between education theory and practical activities. The more important thing is that reflection can develop a teacher from a technology slave to a education "thinker". It can lead a teacher to a road of liberation and professional independence. This passage plans to explore from these aspects:Firstly, it explores the value, concept, content, angle and levers of the teachers' reflection from the theory of Critical Philosophy, Inter-subjectivity theory, Inner Knowledge theory. The traditional teacher is just a technical personnel. They are the knowledge teacher to use the courses designed by others to obtain the goals designed by others. The teachers today have not only the teaching knowledge, skill and technique, but the ability of reflection, research and develop of education concept and education concept and education practice. The teachers today should develop their professional state. They should make their reflection from "others' order" to "requirement of themselves". The teachers should also make the reflection the requirement from themselves and a life-style to obtain the teaching wisdom and to learn through the teaching happiness.Secondly, it explains the factors which affect the teachers' reflection from the two aspects of outside factors and inside mechanism. The school environment, teaching,evaluating ways and management ways have function of promotion and restraint. Moreover, normal education, the low of teachers' professional specialization, the teachers' teaching belief, the need and consciousness to develop themselves, professional development intention, profession level and profession state can also affect the teachers' reflection.Finally, it gives some advice from the setting of outside supportive environment and the teachers' self-construction. I hope our schools can create a comfortable and cooperative supportive system for the teachers to reflect from the concept and system. The teachers themselves should examine the profession. They should strengthen their profession morality and responsibility. They should use the action research to develop their question and research belief. The teachers should make the reflection not only a kind of value conception of education belief, but a thinking way of realize the education problems. They should form their reflection habit and seek ideal professional selves.
