The Political And Ideological Education In Guiding College Students' Employment

Guiding college students' employment is a kind of organized educational practice that educators help college students to plan their prospective career, foster their ability and choose the suitable jobs according to their own characters and the need in society in order to promote the harmonious development of students and society. It is of great importance for college students' employment and development, the steady development of higher education and it is an important work that all the colleges should pay special attention to it. And more political and ideological educators should be trained and more research should be done on the theory and practice. This is the conclusion and most difficult part of this paper.
