Analysis On Function Of Ideological And Political Education Under The New Situation For Employment Of The College Students

Employment has a vital bearing on the people’s livelihood which has attracted the attention of the Party and government. It also relates to the livelihood of the people, social harmony and political stability. Since2008, influenced by financial crisis, employment of graduates meets difficult situation and it has been one of the major problems of society. Their obtaining of employment exert much impact on social harmony and political stability.The reasons for employment problems lie in various aspects, including objective factors from outside environment and subjective factors of college students. From subject ones, their world outlook, views on life, values, profession view, psychological diathesis, qualities, sense of responsibility and work ethics have become vital ones in various degree influencing the obtaining of employment. Those errors in judgment and mis-understanding in thinking need the guide of ideological and political education.In fact, there are lots of problems in college students employment, such as lack of the concept that regards the students as subject and importance of ideological education, and absence of suitability and method innovation and mutual assistance of these two aspects. In order to fundamentally solve these problems, we must combine the ideological and political education and employment education of college students, and strive to build a long-term mechanism of employment. This research is based on the current situation of the ideological and political education impact on college students’ employment, and then analyzes the existing problems and reasons of them, trying to explore further strengthens the university student ideological and political education in the employment path by new education concepts, basic principles, renewed methods and effective modes.The discussion is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction, which mainly elaborates the background and significance of thesis writing, research situation of domestic and foreign scholars and experts in recent years are reviewed; the second part analyzes the main problems existing in the employment of college students under the new situation; the third part combines employment with the practice of ideological and political education, to analyze the achievements and problems and draw the conclusion and enlightenment; in the fourth part the effect of ideological and political education on college students employment is analyzed; the fifth part aims at the exploration of ideological and political education paths to strengthen college students’ employment, which is the key of this paper.
