The Study On College Students’ Employment Conception Education Under The Ideological And Political Education

With the expansion of higher education, the number of college students increases rapidly, the employment of college students has changed from the elite gradually to the public, the “two-way choice, freely chosen” employment environment puts forward many new requirements on college students employment concept, employment quality, the employment of college students is facing many new challenges, it also becomes a new task the ideological and political education in colleges faces. Ideological and political education how to serve for the education of College Students’ employment concept, how to solve the problems of college students in the employment process, become the ideological and political education workers must think and solve problems.
