The Study On The Method And Approach Of Political Education Of The University In Xinjiang In New Period

It is the good tradition and political superiority for CPC to emphasize on political education and relevant methods in the history of CPC. The conditions of society, with the opening-up policy and historic task of building a well-off society of a higher standard in an all-round way of our country, experiences a series of complicated and thorough changes which are characterized by the diversity of ingredients of economy and interests of economy and by the diversity of the ways of living, the forms of organization of society and the position of employment in almost every field. Moreover, it influences dramatically on the thoughts of young college students, giving rise to shaking traditional ideology and shaping the new ideas gradually. Therefore, in order for the CPC to maintain this political superiority at present, it is necessary and urgent to analyze these changes, appraise the effects caused on college students and take some effective methods and approaches to cultivate them to shape positive and corrective world-view and methodology which has become the urgent issue before the staff engaged in political education. So this corresponding study involving this issue means a great deal not only in significance of reality but also in long-term significance.Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping theory and the important thoughts of the "Three Represents" about political education, this dissertation has analyzed the ideology of college student in Xinjiang concretely and wholly by the way of paper investigation and conservation and discussed how the internal and external situations, the institutional reform of enrolment and employment, psychological factors of college students and impediment of channels of education, effluence the ideology of college students in Xinjiang.In the end, based on comprehensive investigation of ideology and deep analysis of reasons, author absorbs some fruits of theories and methods involving psychology, the science of education and management validly and puts forward a series of new methods and approaches of political education in Xinjiang as follows: to begin with, takes some effective measures to make the purpose of ideology education become the intrinsic need of college students; secondly, it is necessary for teachers in University to underscore the methods and approaches in the curriculum of Marxism theory and moral education; thirdly, help poor students to resolve the difficulties in economy and in psychology; fourthly, it is of importance to help college students to establish the consciousness of "rules"; in the end, take some scientific and effective methods to make graduates overcome the psychological barriers and enhance the ability of endurance. All in all, the purpose of this dissertation is to find effective methods and approaches of political education of University in Xinjiang.
