Teachers are often apprehensive for their ability to control their students. Consequently, they hope for a formula for solving all their discipline problems. As we know, there are so many variables in specific situations involving behavior problems that it is difficult to determine in advance what action should be taken. No one can teach someone else how to solve the behavioral problems in his classes. Teachers might follow several principles in laying the foundation for effective classroom management and control. On the basis of the analysis of the previous study of educators and psychologists, this paper proposes our viewpoints on constructive classroom management and remedial control.A constructive approach to classroom control and management is emphasized to remedial classroom control and management. Under ideal conditions, problems of misbehavior are virtually nonexistent, or, if aberrant behavior does occur, it never assumes major proportions. However, sooner or later some students will commit offenses for which they must be corrected. Because of the imperfections in human nature, as well as the environmental problems influencing human development, personal maladjustments and conflicts with social regulations are inevitable.Specific suggestions and remedial control are made for dealing with student misbehavior, consideration will be given to any discernible trends in the nature and extent of discipline problems in the school today. In sum, on the base of other researchers' reasonable points this dissertation has discussed the constructive management and remedial control, which is a new attempt in the field of classroom management.
