This after decades of rapid economic development in our country,make people thirst for knowledge,family investment in education is at an all-time high,more traditional schools provide formal education teaching function because of inadequate and lag has not meet the needs of all students especially the poor student,direct stimulation and education market,external remedy teaching it as a new education investment hot spot is also more and more people concern.Off-campus remedial teaching industry developing rapidly,society,schools,parents,and students in their role and the role of,can reflect the lack of school education and management in our country,and that is missing on each education workers should pay much attention and reflection.This article first off-campus remedial teaching theory to explore,to social phenomenon of remedial teaching outside accurate positioning,summarized its properties,characteristics and the general forms,and points out the research Angle and focus on aspects of this research;Then outside the remedial teaching of the causes of the formation of industry and its impact,such as regular school normal teaching order,which affected the fairness of education on in-depth discussion and so on various aspects influence,found and analyzed the existing problems and reasons.In reference to past experience and theoretical premise,from the perspective of subject education,thinking how to specification the extracurricular cram organization,management,guidance,society,school,family and so on various main measures to cope with and rationality,in order to minimize the remedial teaching behavior,and off-campus remedial teaching education play a positive role in education and avoiding its disadvantages.
