The purpose of the research on IT In Education is to find out how to make full use of the information resources and the advantage of the network environment to develop the students' ability of information getting, ability of information analysizing and ability of information processing.The constructivism holds the idea that the learning is not the knowledge accepted by students, but the students positive to construct the knowledge . The students get knowledge mainly through the way of active construction. So teaching is not a process of students' being accepted the knowledge any more. It should be a process of information's volunteering construction on its original knowledge framework. The effective study is happening under a certain situation and knowledge is also meaningful under a certain condition. There are plenty of resource in the network environment whose characteristics such as the multimedia and hyper link fit well with the requirement of constructivism. The network environment makes the constructivism study theory comes to be true.Internet is a network that make up of thousands of computers all over the world linked by TCP/IP protocol. Intranet is a network that make up of computers in a LAN. Intranet use web technology to organize the resource in the LAN .It makes the resource in the LAN very easy to organize and use. Making full use of information on the Internet/Intranet will help us to develop the students' ability of information getting, ability of information analyzing and ability of information of processing , and it will helps the students to fit the demand of the future society belongs to the information age.However, the teaching under the network environment differs from the traditional teaching. It is under the instruction of constructivism theory and centers on the students. It needs new education mode such as cooperative learning, research learning, WebQest learning and so on. These education modes have their special advantages in fully utilizing network resource and developing the students' information ability.The resource on the Internet/Intranet is not systemic organized, so it is very hard for students to find out the resource that he needs. In order to find theinformation he needs will spend him so much time. But in our school, students doesn't have enough time , It is a problem. WebQest can solve this problem well, for every WebQuest is devised carefully by teacher, including its theme, its task, its procedure and its evaluation . Especially , the resource used in the WebQest is carefully selected by teacher. The website they've chosen is sure to be useful to the students. This ensures that the students can finish the task in a short time . Of course, It doesn't mean that the teacher has done all for students, for the students still need to read, select, dispose and process the resource provided by teacher.The teaching under network environment is to emphasize on the development of the students' ability not just the knowledge they gained. So the traditional evaluation is not suitable any longer. We should develop new evaluation method, for example , learning contract, rubric , example show and file folder evaluation. Rubric is used more in the evaluation of WebQuest. Normally , before starting the teaching, Teachers should establish the detailed evaluation rubric according to the tasks and the different levels of the completion of the tasks . In this way, students know what standard they should reach before they start to learn and they can also make self-evaluation during the course of learning.During the process of teaching , according to the students' information ability level, give them a short course to study the software needed and to train the basic ability of use Intranet/Internet.
