In this paper,the theory of structure and function of the jacobson for the tool,using the Internet the fieldwork and text analysis,for the 10-year period from 2008 to 2017,the characteristics of network buzzwords in the connotation and function of investigation.After more than ten years of development and evolution,Internet language in China's Internet environment has become more and more daily life.Behind this is the increasing scale of the Internet user community and the structure of Internet users more and more inclined to the social structure.And entertainment,social activities and other activities in the life of Internet users occupy an important position.This also has a direct impact on the characteristics of Internet catchphrases.By investigating 2008-20170,the change of network buzzwords,especially the change of the public event classes network buzzwords,we can see the Internet has gradually turned into today by the early years of the mass media containing a huge network of all human life behavior."Gatekeeper" at the same time as the network further controls the speech environment,occupy the main body status in the network,the official discourse is more irrational accompanied by folk discourse,and for public affairs alienation of the public.In this context,a simple comparison of Internet catchphrases in different periods lacks significance,and the different production mechanisms behind them determine their different nature.Predictably,on the other hand,from the network catchword list can be reflected,the official discourse,irrational words and silence may be the future a period of time the main melody of the network environment.
