The appearance of digital divide, the unbalance of zoology, the labefaction of circumstance, have brought us depression of humanities and depravation of personality. The rapid development of modern technology has brought great changes to the modem society, on the other hand it has made people seek loaves and fishes and feast excessively. It results in spallation of personality and moral unbalance, as well as people's dim society responsibility and national concept. In a word it brought about international moral crisis. Times requires us to develop the spirit of humanism and rebuild the spiritual homestead.Education dangled after economic benefit excessively while ignoring its original worth and humanities. Some international organizations and countries are gradually attaching great importance to these problems. The Education and Culture Organization of the United States held an international workshop called FACEING THE 21st EDUCATION in 1989. More than eighty representatives from eighteen countries analysed and discussed the main challenges people faced in the 21st and among which morality, ethic and the view of value were listed in the first places. Therefore the conference fixed the theme on LEARNING TO CARE: THE EDUCATION OF THE 21st. The Manifesto of the 44th international education conference of 1994 which educational ministers of all countries attended pointed out: Attaching great importance to improving the courses, the content of textbooks and other teaching material including new technologies so that we can cultivate citizens with love and responsibility And also we can make them appreciate the value of freedom in the face of other cultures. At the same time we should make them respect dignity of others and the differences from themselves. We should try to make them avoid conflict and settle conflict by nonviolent means. AH countries have thought much of moral education. All countries are taking effective actionsbased on their own situation to strengthen the construction of moral education course. To strengthen moral education of citizens and improve their spirit of humanism is becoming common trend of international educational reform-Referring to the fact of Secondary vocational school of the Special Zone, this article emphatically discusses the humanism education from the visual angle of the maths education. The whole article is divided into four parts. I. The original cause of Humanism's coming into being. This part mainly discusses humanism tradition of the western philosophy, development of humanism and worldview of humanism. The argumentation is based on the stage of science of humanism, the stage of humanism and the stage of humanitarianism. II. The definition of humanism education. This part deals with the humanism of education, the modern humanism, the subjects of humanism and so on. III. Why should we attach great importance to humanism education? This part concerns the bifurcation between traditional education and culture; the feature of humanism in the Special zone; the vocational students' mental character; worry of the net-cultural times; the relationship between the physical culture, the institutional culture and the immaterial culture; the phenomenon and effect of the absence of humanitarian solicitude. IV. How to infiltrate the humanitarian education into the vocational high school education. This part is the core of the whole article. It discusses the problem in four aspects. A. This part discusses how to cultivate humanism diathesis in the aspects of courses, teaching materials and teachers. B. This part discusses how to lay out the fascination of math in the aspects of widening students' view, arousing students' interest, communication and affiliation, edifying students' thinking; studying for use, catching student's thought; seeking after beauty, making use of beauty, beauty edification; application, opening, volatilization, creation etc..
