With the deepening of educational reform,more attention has been paid to vocational education in special education schools,as an important platform for disabled students to participate in practical learning,the training base of special education vocational school has also received the attention of the state.The training base of special education vocational school refers to the place which built for vocational education practice training for students with disabilities inside or outside school.Its construction and development also affect the quality of employment of disabled students.Based on the theoretical basis,classification,operation mode and Countermeasures of the training base construction in special education vocational schools,this paper makes a scientific analysis and Research on the construction of training bases for special education vocational schools,so as to provide guidance for practical activities.Detail of special education occupation school training base construction of the meaning,function,reveals the necessity of the construction of training base for special education occupation school,summarizes the research on the construction of using the method of literature at home and abroad on the special education school occupation training base,training base of several domestic classification.This paper summarizes the operation mode of training base in special education vocational school,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of training bases and their operation modes,and systematically puts forward the construction methods of training bases for special education vocational schools.The training bases for special education vocational schools can be classified according to different standards.According to the participants in the training base construction,they can be divided into school dominated,business led and school enterprise co construction classes.According to the location and radiation range of training base,they can be divided into campus training base,off campus training base and public training base.At present,there are mainly three modes of operation in the existing special education vocational school training base,that is,"government or disabled federation's leading,open sharing" mode,"school dominated,independent management" mode,"school enterprise cooperation" mode.Different types of training bases have their own advantages and disadvantages.In this paper,six countermeasures are put forward in this paper:Establishing a modern and scientific concept of building the training base of special education vocational school,Do a good job of the top floor design of the training base of special education vocational school,Strengthening the government's support and supervision on the construction of the training base for special education vocational schools,To strengthen the construction of the hardware facilities of the training base for special education vocational schools,Establishing a multidimensional fund guarantee system for the training base for special education vocational schools,Perfecting the management system of training base of special education vocational school.
