Along with our country compulsory education into a crucial stage to special education schools,the education sector in China in recent years has been quickly accepted the management thought is also necessary and become the basis for the special education school management thought.This paper uses the method of literature research and case study,in order to promote respect,meet the needs of people in the values of the humanism education thought from the perspective of management,research management problems of S special education schools of special education schools as the case.Firstly,S development of the special education schools in the basic situation and management status of understanding and description,summed up as principals to implement the responsibility system under the leadership of teachers team management,the implementation of performance appraisal and management system for students,conduct standardized management and health management.Secondly,the current S City special education school situation,from three angles of objective requirements of practical needs internal requirements,the development goal of the University Teachers' development and growth of the students demonstrated the necessity of humanistic education.Again,humanism as the perspective of the school of humanism management consciousness is not strong,the humanism management procedures are not standardized,the system is not perfect,the lack of humanistic management ability and other aspects of the problem are as follows: the teachers are lack of humanistic care,the students lack of humanistic environment construction;humanism management procedures are not standardized,the system is not perfect,the lack of school security standard humanistic care program,teachers and students lack of demands and suggestions of channel expression;limited funding,lack of economic ability of humanistic management and limited experience,lack of personnel and technical ability of humanistic management.Finally,in order to carry out the special education schools in the education management concept,the paper puts forward the countermeasures as follows: the school adhere to the management concept of humanism,clear from the teachers in the school humanistic management status and adhere to the development of teachers and students to achieve;Construction of humanistic campus management system,from managers and trade unions to the work of teachers and students,emotional care,and strengthen the construction of teachers and leadership team,and improve the management of human experience to achieve;...
