This essay aims at further study of E-teaching-and-learning at the middle school. According to the author, E-teaching-and-learning based on the application of multimedia and internet technology is an effective way to promote the reform and development of modern education and has great significance both in theory and practice.Centered on the development and present situation of E-education at the middle school in the world, the essay analyzes the possibility and necessity of E-teaching-and-learning at the middle school as well as the progress of secondary education reforms with it. Internet technology makes rapid strides, providing the E-teaching-and-learning at the middle school with material base while modern education theory, particularly constructivism forms theoretical foundation of E-teaching-and-learning at the middle school.To get a better understanding and analysis of E-teaching-and-learning as well as discover the E-teaching-and-learning model, the author made a detailed investigation of the middle school students' activities by network in Fujian Province and found the development of E-teaching-and-learning at the middle school restricted by many factors. By comparing with secondary E-education in America, the author puts forward three strategies: Change the guiding ideology of education and intensify the practical study of E-teaching-and-learning theory; build an E-teaching-and-leaming environment and model suited to the secondary education; and improve E-teaching-and-learning between teachers and students. The author analyzes these three strategies in detail and proposes specific solutions.
