Teacher's professionalization is a requirement proposed by the time for teachers. Teachers' innovation is one of the teacher's individual professionalization expression, and it is also the basis of teachers' professional specialization.eachers'professional growth and their professionalization are mutual ,both used to refer to the process of strengthening their profession. However, the teacher's professionalization mainly emphasizes the improvement of teachers' massive and external profession while the teacher's professional growth means individual, internal professional development and improvement. This article probes into the problem of professional growth of innovative teachers of physics by using methods such as references and question-and-answer papers and so on .It puts forward characteristics of the innovative teachers, mark of professional qualities and mature of future innovative teachers, thinking and innovation-training tactics of backbone innovative teacher, Ways and tactics in professional growth of innovative teachers of physics, and so on. The article holds that professional growth of innovative teachers needs good external environment, and meanwhile it is a process in which teachers positively reform their thinking and rebuild their thinking under the guidance of the external environment and outer value, and also a process of teachers' self-renovation, self-perfection and personal mastery, As long as consciousness of teachers' body and consciousness of their innovation are activated, teachers' positive self-reflection and practice can be motivated, and their professional self-development can be promoted so that life activity quality of teachers and students can be improved.
