Cultivate students’ innovative spirit and practice ability is one of the importanttargets of education today. However, throughout the specific education practiceactivity, to the students’ innovation spirit and ability training effect is not ideal, theteachers and the lack of innovation ability is very relevant. An innovative teachers isthe comprehensive implementation of quality education of need, also is the directionof the primary and secondary school teachers team construction. This study based onthe call of The Times and the demand of the reform in education, in reference toprevious research framework and achievements on the basis of innovative teachers’quality of structure, the influence factors and development regularity, this paperanalyzed the innovative teachers’ five growth stage.Preface part summarizes the innovative teacher put forward the goal of theresearch background clearly and its significance.
