In this paper, "the model of history & inquiry" physics concept teaching theory is put forward, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign physics education reform, combining the actual existing problems in the field of physics concept teaching. It has been proved that the feasibility to construct "the model of history & inquiry" teaching theory, and the strategy of classroom teaching preparation, the teaching behavior of researching type, classroom management, and the evaluation of concept teaching under the " the model of history & inquiry " teaching theory are constructed in this paper. The action research is going on in this paper, from designing questionnaire and the method of data processing to teaching in the experimental class, the basis results are: in achievement aspect, the experimental class is better than the contrast class; in class performance aspect, the students under the "the model of history & inquiry " showed the activity of "inquiry", vivid thought, cooperation spirit, communication ability, the ability of finding problenu raising problem, and solving problem, and the ability of exchanging standpoint. As far as the lived experience of students is concerned, after experiencing physics concept teaching under the " the model of history & inquiry ", they learned to do much experiments when studying physics, put theory into practice, pay attention to learning physics law and way, and get to know that learning physics is a happy and pleasing thing.
