RESEARCH OF INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN IN SELF-DETERMINED AND INNOVATIVE LEARNINTSelf-determination and innovation ability is quite required in modern society which is full of information and intellectual-economy. These ability need self-determined and innovative learning. When put this in practice, the result is too dependent on teacher's gift, experience and enthusiasm. This can not receive stable and fine result and popularization extensively. The reason to this is that teachers do not master scientific Instrutional Design(ID),they can not systematicaly plan and implement the processe of teaching. So the study of scientific and effective ID is needed which is little in reality. This paper is to solve it by the method of indirectly practice research, literature research, contrasting material and summing up material, etc. First it makes up the system of self-determined and innovative learning. Then it sums up the characteristics of the ID. From this and the base of learning-centered ID, the study aims at the design of learning environment and teach tactics to guide and help students learn. About the design of learning environment, the paper advance it should be designed under the guide of learning tactics for the bases of others' study and the require of self-determined and innovative learning, further more set up the method system of it. As to the teach tactics, the paper puts forward a principle system of it at the base of summary of the teaching practice and method of ID. At last, the paper summarizes the progress model of self-determined and innovative learning ID. At the end, we use the ID of the course of ID to practise the model. The study can promote reform the teaching. It can induce the advance of ID. It is favourable to conceive web course.
