Digital learning and instructional design are two objects of educational technology. Both link to each other, a new research area,the study of instructional design based on the digital learning environment was derived. With great enrichment and development of digital learning content and practice, a new concept was put out in the twenty-first century, that is1:1Digital Learning. Leveraging collaboration between Intel Corporation of USA with domestic industries, accompanied by large-scale pilot schools of1:1Digital Learning nationwidely, and then as a new teaching idea and learning method,1:1digital learning received a strong concern of the field of educational technology, education industry and the whole society. The study takes this new things as an opportunity, proposed a new research project, that is the instructional design for primary and secondary school curriculum based on1:1digital learning environment, witch has much academic research value.The study takes1:1digital learning projects in Shanghai as research background, has a real and effective data and Lesson resources. This research strived to solve the two major problems related to "1:1" from the multiple perspectives.Firstly, revealing the essence of "1:1". The first and the second chapterthis of this study adopts survey methods of the literature, observation and interview, using research methods of the summary and comparison, in order to make an objective and detailed exposition for many aspects of1:1digital learning,such as Connotation, basic characteristics, problems and challenges, the impact on the teaching process and effect,designing to give readers a more comprehensive and profound understanding of the1:1digital learning, to promote the promotion and popularization of this new educational mode and new instructional concept.Secondly, solving a problem, that was how to design instructional process effectively in primary and secondary school under the new environment. The third to. fifth chapterthis of this study selected four typical cases based on the1:1digital learning which derived from the project practice to make a detailed description and analysis, using content analysis method to make a further analysis for case, and then targeted research of the content, characteristics, design principles and strategies of the teaching design based on the1:1environment from the four dimensions of teaching analysis, teaching strategies, teaching activities, teaching evaluation, targeted research, and make some suggestions. Finally, validity of the new model was verificated by careful design of the use of evaluation process, that could further improve and perfect the modle. The construction of the new model aimed to let teachers get some guides at the ideological and theoretical level under the new environment t, at the same time at the operational level, get some tips on help and inspiration.
