Interaction is the reciprocity and mutual impacts happened between humans or the entities of the society. Not only are these social interactions important chain during the process of human's completion of socialization, but also are the essential patterns for the evolvement the social formats, as well as the foundations of the social co-operatives momentum. Among these momentum exists a 'natural power without the slightest effort', which is rooted one hundred percent from these interactions. The professional school and the corporations have a relationship, to some extent, mutually impacted, promoted and developed. The interactions are needed for both sides to develop. For the corporation, the professional school provides the education resources, culturing and training chances to their employees. For the professional school, the corporation provides the chances of interns and practical trainings to students and 'Double-functioned' training to teachers. The chapter one starts with the universality of interactions. Mostly, analyze the need of the interactions between professional school and corporation. Chapter Two use the 'Manpower Capital theory', 'Education Economic theory' as well as 'Learning organization construction theory' to ulteriorly analyze the significance for interactions between school and enterprise. Chapter Three proves the feasibility of these interactions by analyze the history and current status of the interactions. Chapter Four uses the 'Comparative Analysis'method and by referring the developed experiences from other nations to probe for some conclusions and some inspirations that can be used for reference. Chapter Five try to gives some strategy advices for the interaction development based on the former four chapters. Based on the analysis of the need of interactions, both in theoretical and practical sides and the possible effects of the interactions, using the case of interaction between Shandong Professional School and a specific enterprise as well the authors' own proved schema of these interactions getting from the practices and comprehensive investigation, the authors draw an conclusion of the concrete interaction schema for Shandong Fabricate Professional school and the corporation. These conclusions can be a reference for the healthy interaction development. The points and the difficulties of this essay are to collect abundant data to use the practical cases to prove the need as well as to give a feasible interaction schema based on the compare, demonstration of idiographic examples and analysis of the process of interactions.
