The appearance of network brings great changes to the career of education. Multimedia and the technology of network have brought fundamental changes to the thought, the idea, the mode, the method etc. of education. Especially, in the Chinese teaching of primary and middle schools, the technology of network greatly expands the limit of time and space hi the Chinese teaching, changes the relationship of teaching and learning, and arises the interest, efficiency and initiatives of students in learning Chinese.Based on the research of some network educational experts, such as James and He Kekang and so on, the author discussed the network Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools by absorbing the experience of Liu Wanbo's network maths teaching and Zhang Yuhai's network physics teaching and employing constructivism learning theory. As a participator, the author took part hi the network Chinese teaching hi primary and middle schools. Through observing the classroom of network Chinese teaching of four primary middle schools in Lanzhou and talking with some Chinese teachers and students from different grades, the author analyzed the existing problems in network Chinese teaching hi China, put forward the ways to solve these problems, and provided the salutary lesson and enlightenment to carry on the network Chinese teaching hi primary and middle schools.This paper is divided into six parts: In the first part, the author stated that the appearance of network brought the great challenges to the traditional Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools, pointed out the significance and necessity of network Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools and introduced the present situation of study hi network Chinese teaching and the main research ways of this paper. In the second part, the author briefly introduced constructivism learning theory and the characteristics of the network Chinese learning and pointed out the relationship between them. In the third part, taking the developed countries, such as America and England, etc. as examples, the author briefly introduced the present situation of the network teaching in primary and middle schools in these two countries to explain the main function of network Chinese teaching in Chinese primary and middle schools. By comparing our country to these advanced countries, the author pointed out our insufficiency hi network Chinese teaching. In the fourth part, through observations and interviews, the author summed up and analyzed the main problems in network Chinese teaching in Chinese primary and middle schools. In the fifth part, the author put forward five pieces of ways to solve the problems and provided the schemes of seven aspects to carry on the network Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools. In the sixth part, the author called on our country and society to concern about the network Chinese teaching, strengthen the promotion, increase the investment in the network Chinese teaching, and improved the quality of the network Chinese teaching in primary and middle schools so as to improve the student's Chinese quality.
