The thesis provided a new way for chemical instructional design. And what its creation lies in the design on process of chemical teaching based on all the middle school chemistry. It studied how to use all kinds of instructional resources especially students, and took the students' development as the first thing.The chemical instructional design on student-based education adapted above educational ideas and faced with the middle school chemistry and formed an activity efficient instructional mode. It paid attention to the grading teaching based on students 'knowledge and ability, so all students could accept new knowledge. And it emphasized objective teaching on students' study purpose and requirement, in order to make students achieve general and individualized development. In the same time it could make full use of the teaching resource and took the middle school teaching as a unity. In order to cater to the trend of modern society, it also focused on the future chemical teaching based on network.The paper is divided into five parts. The first is a summary on the inquiry-based teaching theory and the topic of the research, the second construct with the mode of the chemical instructional design based on the development of students, the third deal with the method of the experiment and the result of study of the chemical instructional design based on the development of students, the fourth attends to the analyze and discussionsof the data of the chemical instructional design based on the development of students, the fifth draws the conclusion.
