Music teaching model is an important constituents of music teaching theory, which is based on the systemic theory and the principle of systemic optimization. It mainly asserts to study each factor of music teaching activities according to a way of overall design thinking, putting every composing teaching factor on the special situation as the constituents of the optimizing combination. Therefore, it is beneficial for grasping the essence and rule of the teaching activities dynamically and completely, and it has great significance to connect the preceding and the following, integrate theories and practice for better comprehending, embodying and undertaking new "music course standard" popularizing music teaching theories, normalizing music teaching behavior, better instructing music practice, increasing music teaching the quality, and finally realizing the integration of music course and music teaching.Nowadays, the research mode of music teaching in primary and middle school is very weak, not so deep and complete. Thus the thesis intends to explore and study the related problems of music teaching models according to the ideas of reformation of the new music course and the advanced educational thoughtfor the adaption of the music teaching practice.The thesis consists of three parts, which are introduction, main body and conclusion. Introduction mainly expounds the theoretic value and the practical meaning of the topic. The text is divided into four parts, the first part defines and inquires into the music teaching models systematically and theoretically; the second part reviews the history of traditional music teaching models and analyzes it rationally; the third part points out constitutive elements and main character of new music teaching models; the forth part tries to put forward a new model of music teaching. In conclusion the author clarifies the mistaking areas and summarize the whole paper.
