| Based on the survey of three demonstration middle schools of Huhhot, the author analyses a few profound problems that exist in the construction of the staff teaching the ideological and political lessons in the middle schools selected as the demonstration middle schools of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. These problems refer to the irrational organization and structure of the teaching staff, the unbalanced knowledge structure of the teachers, and the incomplete ideological acknowledgement of the teaching staff, etc. The author considers it greatly significant to strengthen the construction of the staff teaching the ideological and political lessons in the demonstration middle schools. In addition, the author makes necessary research in this field and puts forward some effective solutions: to improve the ideological and professional qualities of the teaching staff; to modify the structure of the organization and the knowledge of the teaching staff and to enhance the ideological acknowledge of the teaching staff as well. |
