With the development of information technologies, e-learaing will become an important study model of the university students, they can learn courses, discuss problems, interchange mind, etc. But if the students can be adaptable themselves to this new study model, it directly relates to the e-learaing strategies. So for improving their abilities on E-learaing, carrying the training of e-learaing strategies on the students in Inner Mongolia Normal University .This study, using the test of e-learaing strategies for university students which is compiled by the researcher himself,tests 120 students of Inner Mongolia Normal University,then sets the experimental group and the control group for carrying research.There are conclusions as follows:1.Without the training of e-learaing strategies,the whole level of the e-learaing strategies of the students is relatively low,the differences are minor on the sex and the background of the major.2.With a period of training,the students have some significant differences on the use of information choosing learning strategies and information collecting learning strategies between the experimental group and the control group,particularly on the use of information collecting learning strategies ;but on the use of strategies of the planning and feedback,the differences are minonon one hand, the training time is too short to fulfil the goal;on the other hand,the students have the faint abilities on the use of strategies of the planning and feedback for a long time,so they can not be adaptable themselvesto this new learning model in a short period.3.We sum up several items of concrete learning strategies.(l)To see the complete operation of the contents several times before studying it.(2)To preview the contents beforehand,then enter into the online class with problems.(3)Using several kinds of search-engines to find the contents you need.(4)Looking for the contents with keywords according to the Boole logic languages rules.(5)Asking for the related contents through the interview between the students.(6)To collect the related pages on the contents with the collection bag.(7)The students act as difference roles(a teacher or a student)in class,they teach the students courses or ask the actors some problems at different periods.(8)To organize some learning groups,then the students can discuss one or several problems under a relatively small enviroment.(9)To order the students review the contents in time after the class,focusing on the operation in a relatively short period.(10)The students should have the abilities to make projects,do not count on complete the courses in one day before the class is over.
