Along with education focused on individual quality, students' creativity is becoming to be paid much more attention. Because the education of creativity is just put in practice in our country, lots of problems are necessary to study further. One of them is how to establish proper evaluating system to fully evaluate education of creativity. The solution of this problem is much more important than ever, especially for as talents training mode, teaching methods, and educational administration, and make students have more advantage in thinking, capacity and personality at'last.According to the above consideration, on one hand, on the basis of develop students' creativity, this research analyzes the restraint of traditional educational evaluation in combination with some knowledge of pedagogy, psychology, science of brain and philosophy. Reviewing concerned references, some main problems in the traditional educational evaluation have been found as following: Monopolization ofevaluating institution, without a view to students themselves, too little evaluative contents, departure from evaluative purpose, evaluative standard deviation and improper testing.On the other hand, aim at the limitation of traditional evaluation, on the basis of the theory character of evaluation of creative education and use for reference the up to date evaluation theory and summary the research productions, this study will construct an educational evaluation system on creativity. First, we should make the evaluative institution more independent of other administrative department. Educative institution should be transformed from state-run to privately-run. Establishment of professional educational evaluative institution will helpful to set up competitive evaluative mechanism, make evaluation equal, just and open. Secondly, concerning the idea of evaluation, we should adopt more values to fit demands of creative education development, including: adopting humanism to make individual the center, combining individual needs with the society. Finally, from the operational aspect, we should carry out newer strategies in the course of evaluation of creative education, including: setting proper standards of creativity, consummating the evaluative index, expanding the content of creative evaluation, implementing diverse methods.
