Study On Current Situation And Counter Measures For Vocational Education Development In Tibet

With the deepening of socialism modernization, Our country has already come into a period in which we are building a well-off society. But there is a backward economy in Tibet for its particularity in the aspect of geography position and social condition. Tibet must speed up the development of vocational education which links with social economy closely, if it wants to shake off falling and heading for a well-off society with the whole nation. In nationwide, there are active thinking in vocational education scope and various social aspects which approach vocational education of China in the 21st century. The development of vocational education has cultivated a great deal of primary and middle technical personnel and laborer. There is great spatial difference in the aspect of vocational education between Tibet and interior. As the essential part of vocational education system, the reform and development of vocational education in Tibet plays an important role in accelerating economy, stabilizing and promoting society. The study of vocational education in Tibet can enrich theory of vocational education.This paper evolves its study around the kernel of the state and the condition of vocational education in Tibet. Why China develops vocational education and how to develop. Firstly, this paper introduces the natural and social condition of Tibet, as one of the five autonomous regions. Secondly, this essay analysis the present condition, problems and reasons of vocational education in Tibet. Through applying the study methods such as pedagogy, economics and sociology. This paper analysis the necessity and condition for vocational education development in Tibet. Then elaborates the principle and reference. In the end, this paper put forward a certain number counter measures for development vocational education in Tibet.
