After the 1970 s,my country’s vocational education was in the ascendant.Vocational education in Tibet is also developing rapidly.The conditions for running vocational schools are improving day by day,the quality of teaching is constantly improving,and the scale of training skilled and technical talents is expanding.Vocational education in Tibet’s agricultural and pastoral areas shoulders the burden of cultivating a large number of practical skills and management talents.It is an important force in realizing the modernization of Tibet’s agriculture and animal husbandry,the industrialization of agriculture and animal husbandry,and the urbanization of agricultural and pastoral areas.In terms of wealth and beauty,it is very important.However,the development of vocational education in Tibetan farming and pastoral areas has been restricted due to the influence of traditional social concepts,policy platform construction,and vocational education itself.This research is based on field research and mainly adopts methods such as interview method,document analysis method to try to describe the development status of vocational education in Tibetan farming and pastoral areas more comprehensively,and finds that there are many problems in the process of Tibetan vocational education leading to farming and pastoral areas.Difficulties,then analyze the reasons and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to explore the development path of Tibetan vocational education to agricultural and pastoral areas,promote the development of vocational education in Tibetan agricultural and pastoral areas,and provide references for colleagues and related departments.The main contents of this research are as follows:The first chapter is the introductory chapter,which expounds the research origin,research purpose and other content of this article.It also summarizes the current situation of foreign and domestic related research.The second chapter defines the concept of this research and the theoretical basis for the development of Tibetan vocational education to agriculture and pastoral areas.First define the connotation of the central concept,and then introduce the theoretical basis of Schultz’s modern human capital theory,Schumacher’s rural development theory,and Sun Yong’s theory of the dual structure of Tibet’s atypical economic society.The third chapter is the realistic basis for the development of Tibet’s vocational education to the agricultural and pastoral areas.It sorts out the general situation of Tibet’s economic and social development and the status quo of the development of vocational education in the agricultural and pastoral areas in Tibet.It provides corresponding information for the development of vocational education in Tibet to the agricultural and pastoral areas.Necessity analysis and realistic basis.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the plight of the development of Tibetan vocational education to agricultural and pastoral areas and its causes.Through the analysis of the development status of vocational education in Tibetan agricultural and pastoral areas,it is found that it has the influence of traditional social concepts,the policy construction platform,and the Tibetan vocational education itself.Vocational education’s own problems and many other dilemmas.The fifth chapter is the development path of Tibet’s vocational education based on domestic and foreign experience to the agricultural and pastoral areas.Under the enlightenment of the development of rural vocational education at home and abroad,we propose to update the concept of running a school,improve the basic conditions for running a school,build a professional group related to agriculture,focus on the development of characteristic courses and local textbooks,and strengthen school-site,school-county,school-town cooperation,to promote diversified school running And the implementation of various safeguard mechanisms and other countermeasures.
