and the development process of secondary vocational education in Tibet,we can see that the inclination and promotion of the national vocational education policy guideline has a crucial role in the development of vocational education.The change in the market economy structure also affects the direction of vocational education.Tibet's vocational education has grown from scratch,is supported by national policies and needs for economic development,and has experienced difficulties in its peak.The poor geographical and ecological environment in Tibet,the special humanities,and the decentralization of people's living conditions,as well as the relatively backward education level in Tibet,have a wide gap compared to the national average,making Tibet's current human resources quality low,and human capital development.not tall.Although with the care and support of the CPC Central Committee and all provinces across the country,Tibet's human capital has been continuously introduced from the Mainland by policy support and appears to be able to meet current social development needs.However,the level of human capital in the region itself is a major factor affecting the level of future development in Tibet.on the whole,Tibet's own human resources are adequate,but human capital has always been developing slowly.Combined with the reality of the Tibetan workforce,basic education and higher education cannot rapidly enhance the competitiveness of the autonomous region's human capital.Only vigorous development is needed.Vocational education can improve its own development of capital.Promoting the development of vocational education is conducive to the progress of the thinking of the Tibetan people,is conducive to the advancement of poverty alleviation work in Tibet,is conducive to the improvement of the overall human capital in the region,and is conducive to the realization of a well-off society.However,secondary vocational education,as the mainstay of vocational education From the development history of vocational education in our countryin Tibet,has been in a state of stagnation and development that has not been opened up in recent years.This study attempts to analyze the problems of the development of secondary vocational schools in Tibet and combine with the local conditions in Tibet to analyze the difficulties of enrollment,teachers,professionals,schools,and employment.Through field visits to all the current vocational colleges in Tibet,they searched for first-hand information.In the process of research and analysis,from the aspects of policy,government,school,society,teachers,and students,we thoroughly analyzed the basic reasons that impeded the development of secondary vocational education,and sought to find suggestions and suggestions to find out the way and find the way out for development.I hope that I can provide reasonable reference for the development of secondary vocational education in Tibet.Its purpose is to combine the actual conditions in Tibet and to develop the vocational education in the secondary vocational schools,and to promote the overall human capital of the autonomous region.This will provide a strong backing for talents and innovations in the regional socio-economic development,and it also hopes that the secondary occupation The development of the colleges and universities tends to be stable.It can achieve the same level as the education of the general public,realize the complementary balance of education development in the Tibet region,and enhance the overall education level of the autonomous region.
