A Study On Organization Optimization Of Cooperative Learning

With the development of educational reform, cooperative learning has already become an important teaching-strategy and organization form in primary and junior high school classes. The critical issue concerned by many researchers and teachers is how to carry cooperative learning out effectively.The research method is distinctive in which organizational theory is borrowed into the research of cooperative learning.The reason of the inefficacy in cooperative learning is explained in organization enviornment,organization structure,group in organization and individual in organization.In the view of organizational behavior organization optimization strategy is put forward in the following six aspects:to construct the culture of cooperative learning organization;to coordinate the conflict of cooperative learning organization;to optimize the structure of cooperative learning organization;to foster the ability of cooperative learning organization members;to strengthen the evaluation of the cooperative learning organization;to imrove the environment of cooperative learning organization.
