| Cooperative learning is instructional theory and strategy adopted by a lot of country in the world. Cooperative learning is based on interaction in classroom, emphasized on development of human resources, started a new angle of view for instructional theory research.Team cooperative learning has been applied in classroom as a kind of instructional organizational form in order to change student-learning mode during curriculum implementation. This thesis studies situation about team cooperative learning implementation applied survey research .we find some problem in team cooperative learning implementation, which cooperative learning is in form, students haven't equal participation chance, teacher isn't able to understand his role, and so on. This problem is result that teacher, student and school interact in cooperative learning implementation. Through this problem, we find the key to the problem is that teacher lacks concept about effective cooperative learning. We put forward some advancing affection of cooperative learning strategy as follows:1. Supported strategy of cooperative learning is preparation for cooperative learning implementation. It includes supportion of school and department in relation to it, teacher's theoretical preparation, student's understanding about cooperative learning.2. Prepared strategy is a series of preparation that teacher does before cooperative learning. It includes designing and organizing cooperative leaning team.3. Implemented strategy includes that teacher and student do a series of activity in implementation.4. Evaluated strategy is test of effecting of cooperative learning, including teacher evaluation, student group evaluation and student individual evolution. |
