In these years, the pro-enrolled students' background of Technical Secondary School (TSS) declines influenced by many factors. The learned level of all students is falling also. These students lack learning interests after enrolled. Science these students are not major the Chinese Literature , they are short of the interests on this course more severely. Because these factors, either teachers or students feel difficult to Chinese Literature course. Moreover, all the teachers and students become tired to this course. The inefficacy grows more prominent.Chinese Literature is the important component and vehicle of the human being's culture. It is the basic course to every speciality. The proficient skill of Chinese Literature is essential to abilities to integration, ingenuity and persistence Based on these viewpoints, how to inspire the students and how to improve the effect of Chinese Literature course is urgent to TSS.This author studies 4 TSS owned by nation in Lanzhou City and visits other 10 TSS focusing on 500 students in these schools. Using questioning, observing, case studying and examining methods the author investigates and analyses the practical situation of Chinese Literature Education in TSS then concludes the dominating factors that affect the students' ability to learn Chinese Literature. At the same time, the author also gives rise to the strategies to improve the effect of Chinese Literature Education.The research indicates that the poor effect of Chinese Literature Education in TSS attributes to the students' poor interest. The contents of textbooks are short of sensation. The shortage lead to the students' ability absence to integrative perception, association and creativity. It also leads to the shortage of enthusiasm to participate the Chinese Literature Education.The research also indicates that the factors affecting the Chinese Literature Education include un-intelligence factors and the education environment. The difference of intelligence among students are tiny and the huge difference of education effect exists because of un-intelligence factors such as un-participation and systemlessness.
