On The Management System Of The High-level Athletic Team In Our Country's Higher Schools

With the coming of knowledge-based economy, it not only changes the the construction of social produce and the life style, but also pushes the development of the athletics cause. The tournament athletics enters the realm of the school athletics, and nowadays it is one of the understanding characteristics of the world athletics development.The higher schools of our country establish the high level athletic team, and adapt to this kind of the development the trend's demand.During the past of many years, most of the high level athletic team in our country have obtained many successes, but it still exists some problems. Summing up these problems, we can discover that its key sticking point is the system of management is not perfect.This paper analyses and compares the two current management system of the high level athletic team between the U. S. A and China's higher schools. On the basis of analysis of comparison, the author brings forward some management system tactics of the reform of the high level athletic team for our country.
