High level sports in high school brigade of province in Jiangsu manages condition currently are better, because of the development of the economy, the devotion comparison of nation to high school also rises year by year, so some basic requests that the hardware facilities has already can satisfy the high level sport brigade training of the high school, but according to investigate high level sport in high school brigade some software facilities, such as the system of management, mechanism of reciuit students, the character and level of the coach,, the whole tournament environment, haven't mutually consistent with the development of high level sports in high school brigade.2. High level sport in high school brigade evaluation system is constitute by five first class index, such as the system of sports management, the status of person management, the management of logistic guarantee and the management of competition, and by 26 second class index. This evaluation system can be used to evaluate the condition of high school sports brigade.3. This evaluation system can be used to evaluate the build and management of high school sports brigade not only in Jiangsu province but also else province in our country by adjust an evaluation index in time according to the actual circumstance.4. This research just made the simple model of evaluation index system, this is the first time to combine the nature and the quantify together to actualize material management and evaluation in management work of high school sports brigade. Some concrete works still need a further enrichment with perfect. The consistent management and evaluation system must be established and adjusted according to each concrete condition of different high school. If each index is turned and endowed valid quantity, it can evaluate the management work of high school sports brigade.
