Mathematics learning is a process to grasp and explain the inner character, generality, inevitability and regularity of mathematics by means of concept. Concept learning in mathematics is a process from concept frame to the structure of concept frame. The standard of concept learning in mathematics is to acquire meanings in concept frame or concept structure. The obstacle of concept learning lies in the fact that it is difficult to form mathematical concept frame and concept image. The reasons why the obstacle of mathematics learning comes about are various, among which the main obstacle is the ability for students to generalize or process mathematics materials. In addition, there are such factors as common concepts, thinking habits, learning ideas and ways, teaching materials, languages, teaching ideas and methods, etc. The obstacle of concept learning is temporary, and it can be dissolved by certain means, such as finding out the obstacle in time, changing teaching ideas and methods, creating good teaching environment, promoting positive learning motives, etc.
