| Much concern has been put on the issue of Classroom Teaching Assessment in the teaching research field and it remains a knotty problem at present. New teaching theories are produced constantly, but in contrast principler and approacher of, Classroom Teaching Assessment are falling short of demand, which hinders the progress of the teaching reform and the improvement of the teaching quality seriously. what is more, the classroom teaching assessment in the Inner Mongolia normal schools is just taking it first step and, therefore, is still a latecomer in this field. This essay aims to depend on the guidance of the modern teaching theories and the latest fruits of the Classroom Teaching Assessment, reseach to make systematic research of the Classroom Theaching Assessmant in Inner Mongolia normal schools by taking concideration of the reality of it, which will result in the teaching quality of the Inner Mongolia normal schools.This essay is divided into three sections. Firstly, It makes an analysis of the concepts of Classroom Teaching and Classroom Teaching Assessment in general respectively. According to the unique features of the CTA in Inner Mongolia normal schools, the author gives the connotation of CTA in Inner Mongolia normal schools, meanwhile, the evidence, scope and connotation and denotation are given to establish the criteria of the CTA.Secondly, Elaboration on the history and the current situation of clssroom teaching is made form many sides, such asthe development of education assessment and of the basic principles of CTA, the development trends of CTA, etc. This is the research basis of this essayThirdly, survey by questionnaire was carried out among the teachers and students in several normal schools in Inner Mongolia for the purpose of grasping the firsthand material and establishing the criteria of assessment. On this basis, the core of the issue, the criterion of CTA is mainly discussed; the major research approacher the theoretical research form the top to the bottom and the evidential research from the bottom to the top, are combined with each other, unit analysis and connotation analysis are integrated in putting forward the viewpoint of the "three levels and two zones" of the relity of the classroom teaching in Inner Mongolia normal schools, of which the development is comlex.In the last section, the implement of CTA is discussed on the basis of theoretical preparation and evidence support, which leads to the establishment of the concrete CTA procedure in Inner Mongolia normal schools.In a word, the perfection of the Classroom Teaching Assessment in Inner Mongolia normal schools and the improvement of Classroom Teaching quality is the authou' s ideal as well as our shared goal.
