At present,the normal education quality of normal colleges and university has been paid more and more attention by the public.In order to cultivate more excellent normal school students,it is necessary to improve the skill assessment system of classroom teaching.With regard to the theoretical research on the skills assessment of the normal school students,many experts and scholars have studied and discussed the contents and methods of assessment,but the studies are not profound enough and have not formed a systematic system.As for the exploration and practice of assessment of teaching skills,some normal universities have made a useful attempt.However,they gained a few results.In the implementation process,they encountered a lot of resistance of manpower,funds,standards and others.Therefore,we need to understand the current situation of the skill assessment in normal colleges,and on this basis,prefer an optimal assessment system and improve it.Based on the literature review of the students' skill assessment,the study conducts a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with teachers and students of Zhejiang Normal University and nine other normal universities.Then we have a deeper understanding of the current situation of Chinese normal college students' skill assessment and found that the factors,such as imperfection of assessment standards,heavy workload,lack of financial support and faultiness of hardware and software facilities are restricting the effective implementation of skill assessment of normal students.Based on the analysis of the reasons of the difficulties of implementation in teachers' teaching skill assessment,the study should comply with the principles of science,feasibility,objectivity,generality,simplicity,diagnosis and so on.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the study selects the teaching plan design + multimedia courseware making + simulation classroom teaching assessment method and then optimizes a systematic assessment method.Then,in the perspective of assessment criteria,according to Delphy method,the study specifies that the normal students' teaching skills consist of nine subsidiary skills: instructional design skill,leading-in skill,language skill,blackboard skill,presentation skill,questioning skill,classroom management skill,multimedia courseware making and using skill,ending skill.And on the basis of the nine subsidiary skills,assessment standards of each skill have been constructed.Finally,in the perspective of assessment grade evaluation,based on thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a set of assessment method is put forward,which can be used to divide and judge the students' skills.This study elaborates the current situation of Chinese normal students' teaching skill assessment,which not only points out the direction for the construction of appropriate assessment system but also provides a reference for more people to understand the the present situation of normal students' skill assessment in China.The study combines quantitative and qualitative analysis and prefers the assessment method and then improves its system,which can help normal colleges avoid detours in searching normal students' skill assessment.It provides a reference for the designers of the system to make the assessment system more suitable for the normal colleges and universities.
