Mathematics is one of the essential human social life science, and thereforeimportant to study the history of mathematics. Mongolianknowledge of mathematics andMongolian cultural heritage are inseparable. This recognition is not only a study of thehistory of mathematics Mongolian material, but also reflects the level of knowledge ofthe various stages of development with the historical development of the MongolianPeople’s Revolution of1921in Mongolia victory, Mongolia to enhance the cultural andeducational level of the problem becomes placed in government decision-making level ofimportant issues. Thus, in1921the establishment of the People’s Government of theearliest primary, opened a new era of educational development in Mongolia.After1921the Mongolian People’s Revolution, began efforts to establish andpromote the development of education at all levels in Mongolia. After90years of effort,Mongolia is not only educational establishment and development of a complete system ofmulti-level, multi-type, and the literacy rate reached a considerable height, has maderemarkable achievements.This paper studies the1921History of the development of secondary mathematicseducation since Mongolia. The basic source of information is the research, archivesdata, combingnew Mongolian language, Mongolian vertical script and Russian textversions of books, government rules and regulations of the original, historians andexperts and scholars writings, written papers, reports, school history, description,teacher educators and training institutions leaders interview lessons learned and so on.This paper from the following aspects systematically investigated from1921totoday the development process of secondary mathematics education in Mongolia.1. Overview of Mongolia general secondary education law amendment. Thispaper introduces the theory of education equity methods, the content of generalsecondary education law amendment stage of development, general secondary educationstructure, institutional and discretionary, legal amendments to the content of generalsecondary education, the rights of teachers and learners, and social security obligations. 2. Overview of the teaching environment reforms investigation. This paper brieflydescribes the traditional methods of teaching in the classroom as the first environment,the relationship between teachers and students, the environment changes, the traditionalteaching equipment and update the content of social and psychological environment oflearners, teaching environment survey and evaluation.3. Overview of mathematics teaching professional courses. This article brieflydescribes the current situations and development trend of mathematics courses teaching,the content of mathematics research triangle, Mongolia Mathematical Olympiad, theInternational Mathematical Olympiad, the experience of experts and scholars research.4.An Overview of the mathematics teaching methods. This paper briefly describessome of the content of the reform of mathematics and other materials, mathematicscurriculum standard, ordinary middle school math class.The innovation of this paper can be summarized as what point:Firstly, the systematic study of the Mongolian general secondary school educationhistory.Secondly, summed up the1921to date legal course correction Mongolian generalsecondary education.Thirdly, the systematic study of the whole process of teaching and learningenvironment for reform.Fourthly, summary of Mongolia and international organizations how to organizethe mathematical olimpiad, Mongolia participated in the International MathematicalOlympiad got what results and so on.Fifthly, the systematic study of the problems in Mongolia general secondaryschool mathematics teaching environment reform.
