Analysis Of Cost-benefit On The Private Investment Of Post-graduate Education

Cost-benefit analysis is a means to measure the will of investment .Human capital theory regards that education is a land of investment .This theory was the prerequite for cost-benefit analysis using in education field .After post-graduate education was difined as private good, people who get post-graduate education will paid tuition in terms of market,thus we can count the cost of private investment of post-graduate education.Now education is an important factor which influences the people's income,people who get higher education have the higher income. On the basis that all the factors can be computed,we can using the simple cost-benefit mold to analyze whether post-graduate education invesment is rational choice. The thesis falls into five chapters:In the beginning ,generalizing the human capital theory, the defitnition and the trait of human capital ,the demand of human capital .Second,to define the nature of the post-graduate education Third,the relationship between education and employment .education and income.Fourth,using cost-benefit analysis to analyze the private invesment of post-graduate education.On the basis of previous research,following measures should be taken rchange the idea that the higher education,the higher employment ,know what we can do ,having the awareness of education investment risk.
