Public housing resources in clleges and universities are important material guarantee for running schools.Whether the allocation of resources is reasonable will directly affect the development of various undertakings in schools.With the flourishing development of higher education in china,the scale of universities and the number of college students have been increasing steadily,which in turn brings higher requirements for the management of public housing in colleges and universities,so how to do the effective management and efficient utilization of public housing has become a new topic.The scale of universities has been expanding and the management difficulty is increasing.Because of the backward management level of Chinese colleges and universities,the change difficulty of the old and new management concepts,and the management methods having not formed a more mature system,there are many disadvantages such as multiplied management,unreasonable allocation of housing,backward management methods of public housing and so on.The backward management means of public housing,inefficient use,and slow information construction are still the exiting problems of most colleges and universities in China.Starting from the current situation of public housing management in A university,this article fully understands the working functions and operation of the department,and summarizes the specific problem that the department is facing at present.By the depth analysis and summarizing reason of the problem,the article exploring the rules expounds the existing problem and reason.Combining with more than six years of public housing data statistics,I design the improved schedule as a whole,analyze the management of the key processes,put forward improvement proposals for the data statistics of public housing management information system.Through the combination of public housing management information system and business process optimization,improving work efficiency,solving the current problem,the management department improve the efficiency of work,obtain more accurate data,so as to be more in line with the requirements of the new era of public housing management.
