The students' interaction is a valuable human resource which is very important to teaching activities in teach system, but it hasn't undeveloped till now. In the paper, the author attempt to state the theory of students' interaction and elaborate how to promote it in class.The students' interaction is the affect between students in education. It's good for students' socializing, making achievement and ambition. It is beneficial for them developing creativeness and initiative. It's useful for their character and psychology health, and it's good for them thinking problem from other angle, fostering the idea of sharing resource and strengthening moral education. But the students' interaction is ignored in the theory and practice field.The author makes out the problems of the students' interaction in class after describing and analyzing. Then the author puts forward how to promote the students' interaction in class. Firstly it introduces factors that influence the students' interactions in class: students' role and position, sex, the way of teachers' leading in class, curriculum and so on. Secondly, the usage of students' interaction during education is summarized: how to use it in cooperative learning, instructional teaching paradigms, inquiry learning, discussing teaching and psychology education. The author explains that the teacher how to promote the students' interaction in particular. Teacher's roles are planners and organizers, participants and facilitators, assessors in the class when students interact. Teacher's tactics are objective and bearable interaction tactics. The common organizations of which teachers often make use are group work, group discussion, pair work, role player and oral presentation etc. Finally, the school and students how to promote students' interaction is explained briefly.In the end, the author points out the problem which remains to research later.
