The 21st century is a knowledge-based economy age and informational age .The age's development requests people to not only control certain knowledge and technical ability, but also have abilities to study and adapt. This begs the school teaching integrates the knowledge teaching with the intelligence development and the ability training, foster the students to have creative ability and practical ability, have perfect character and adapt the social development. Therefore, the school education must deepen the quality education and create conditions for promoting the satisfactory development of the students. Among them Small Class teaching is an importance way to quality education in grade school of China, and it's also a development trend to educating reform of world education.Shanghai is the most early city to practise Small class teaching in China, and other cities follow under the permitting conditions. In Jinan city, Liu Lishan primary school is a typical model of Small Class teaching. For Liu Lishan grate school, Small Class teaching not only reduces the number of the student in the class, vary the form of the teaching space, reform the human relations and interactions, change the teaching methods, but also, it's a reform of the educating value and teaching theories. It's open, interactive, cooperation, and so on. So, there are various angles to research Small Class teaching. Teaching interaction plays an important part. Some experts point out that teaching interaction is more important than other aspects of Small Class teaching, and Small Class teaching cangive free rein to its superiority by developing the function of the Leaching interaction. Consequently, it's a developing and advanced question to analyze the human relations and interaction of Small Class leachi rig.This article is based on Grade Three of Liu Lishan grade school of Jinan city, and makes use of the sociological theory and methods (it's main to observe the class).The full article is divided seven parts. First, the present conditions and research purpose. Second, defining concepts. To search Small Class teaching, we must define some concepts about Small Class and human relations and interaction .including the small class, Small Class teaching, the interaction between teachers and students, the teachers and students' interaction in the class and the interaction between students.Third, the theory basis. From the sociology, classroom teaching is a small society, a special social activity, and classroom teaching is a progress that various roles interact each other and give their functions completely, All of the teaching activities are realized by the social interactions. NO interactive activities, no the teaching activjties. The modern teaching-associating theory thinks the essence of the teaching process is the teaching association and interaction.Forth, observing the human relations and interactions of Small Class, and analyzing the result, including the object basis of Small Class teaching , the relations and interaction of Small Class teaching, the characters of the teacher and student.Fifth, analyzing the social interaction for Small Class teaching. The interacting of Small Class teaching inevitably requests the teacher and student establish the democracy, equal and dialogue relation, and students should build the healthy, interactive, competitive andcooperative relation.Sixth, problems, suggestions and enlightenments. After analyzing the human relations and interaction, this article points out the problems in I he teaching practice, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. At last, this article analyzes the enlightenments to the present education and teaching.
