Setting the field of junior maths project-based learning signs the change of teachers' teaching method and students' learning way. The urgent problem that should be solved during the practice about new maths project-based learning is how to make students change their learning methods by means of switching the teachers' teaching method. As a result of this, teachers can not only make the teaching of maths project-based learning better but also improve students' abilities to create, to learn by themselves and to practise.According to the importance and complication of maths project-based learning, this passage did some research into the teaching of new maths project-based learning at home and abroad and illustrated the value of junior middle school students learning maths object. Besides, the passage is also about a further analysis on maths teaching procedures, designing ideas, learning features and teaching methodology. Every teaching material has its own characters. The writer has looked over the maths textbooks used in Baiyin for voluntary teaching which was published by Peking Teacher's University and summarized the setting characters about new maths project-based learning material and some problems which may happen during teaching designing and practising. This passage presented teaching design about maths teaching and the examples to be used in the maths teaching practice. According to teaching practice for the two examples, some advice on how to change teachers' teaching method so as to make students change their learning method and try to adapt to the change has been given in this passage.
