Since the implementation of reform and opening-up policy, a series of strategic guidelines have been formulated by CPC Central Committee concerning further liberating the social productive force, such as, the economic construction must rest itself upon the adoption of advance science and technology meanwhile the latter must serve better the purpose of the former. Accordingly, motivated by corresponding transformations in the sphere of economic and scientific restructuring, the school-run industries in China's universities and colleges are facing more precious opportunities than ever before. They have been making innumerable superb achievements. Factually, however, they are marked by many a lacking.The thesis, on the basis of objective analysis in this regard, targets at briefly exposing its hindering and suggesting theoretically and practically the proper ways out.The thesis is evidently divided into four parts as follows, above all, roles they play in the respect of the nationwide economy as well as the institutes they belong to. Secondly, its status quo at present is introduced. Thirdly, potential problems and their dating origins are puts forward via scientific discovery with the last section chiefly coping with theoretical and practical strategies in light of the realistic analyses of their development modes.
