The Investigation And Analysis Of The Present Conditions Of China Colleges And Universities Taekwondo Coaches

Taekwondo in the course of China’s development can be said to go from college to a public road from sports teams to the museum, sports and public health and promote each other’s path. Colleges and University sports teams is the development of Taekwondo career, especially the key, and the construction of coaches is the high level Taekwondo Team restricting the core elements. Seen to improve the quality of coaches and operationalcapacity requirements of the times is the development level of competitive basic work of Taekwondo. As knowledge of the university,Taekwondo has also made rapid development. This research studied Taekwondo coaches, in75Universities, which participated in Five National Taekwondo Championships in2009, held in North China Electric Power。 University. The result is investigated through a questionnaire survey of That:(1) taekwondo team at this stage of high level coaches basically rational age structure, position, movement, etc. are low level, generally do not teach life long learning over a single edge of the structure;(2) the present stage of high level qualifications is low Taekwondo Team Coach to the main course; high too few titles, the title structure is not ideal; foreign language and computer skills is not high, keep up with the needs of the modern scientific training;(3) taekwondo team at this stage of high level low level of full-time coaches,95%of the coaches have served as a teaching mission; less research, research capacity is relatively weak; some coaches self-enclosed, very few with the outside world communication; the level of awareness of scientific training is not high;(4) the present stage of high level professional coaches thought taekwondo team is not solid, are not enthusiastic about the work; (6) at this stage of high level training Taekwondo Team Coach strong consciousness of the subject, but not a lot of training opportunities; training based approach to the job training, training, funding is mainly from the public funds at their own expense as to the the main change; most of the coaches on the training results of positive attitude;(7) Taekwondo Team at the present stage of high level coaches in good physical condition, but generally not satisfied with the treatment situation.TaeKwondo for the College Sports Teams of high level the problems, the author proposes recommendations to strengthen the construction of coaches:attention to team building coaches, team structure, reasonable adjustment; deepening teaching reform, explore new Training mode; focus on improvements environment, maintain the stability of coaches; emphasis on the training of coaches, improve the quality of education and training; increasing input and accelerate the pace of job training.
