College Students Employment Quality Cultivation Research In Moral And Political Education Of Higher Learning

Abstract: Under new situation, new moral and behavioral attitude of college students is a new topic in moral and political education because of the change of employment mode. How to serve cultivation of college students employment quality and how to solve the problems in employment choice become inevitable problems for workers of moral and political education to solve. This paper discusses the status and role of moral and political education in college students quality cultivation, analyzes deviation between current college students employment quality and social demand and problems in college students quality cultivation and puts forward the measures to consolidate college students quality cultivation.The first part, introduction, discusses the raising of the problem and significance of the topic and analyzes connotation and relationship between quality and employment.The second part analyzes the status and role of moral and political education of higher learning in college students quality cultivation.The third part analyzes problems and reason in college students employment quality, holds that current college students have imprecise lifeand value outlook, backward employment idea, indifferent credit and law consciousness, backward employment psychology, short of innovation spirit and competition consciousness and weak specialty quality and analyzes the reasons in three aspects of higher education, college students and social influence.The forth part analyzes problems and reasons of moral and political education in college students employment quality cultivation, holds that moral and political education has imprecise consciousness, incomplete mechanism and contents, backward manners and methods and weak total quality and analyzes the reasons in every aspect of moral and political education system.The fifth part discusses the measures to consolidate college students employment quality cultivation in moral and political education such as transforming traditional moral and political ideas, establishing and completing new mechanism of moral and political education, enriching and consolidating quality education cultivation in moral and political education, changing the manner and methods and cultivating high quality team of moral and political education.
