Research On The Cultivation Of Rule Of Law Quality In College Students' Moral Quality

The cultivation of the legal quality which is included in college students’ moral quality is the requirement of building the goal of socialist country under the rule of law.It is an objective requirement for the development of market economy and an important symbol of the progress of social civilization in China.It is also an important guarantee for national long-term stability.The legal quality which is included in college students’ moral quality is the important condition that citizens and citizens’ moral quality is the important way to realize the rule of law.College students,as an important part of citizens,are the creator and communicator of new technology and new thought,an important reserve force of social development and also the future of our motherland.Their level of legal quality directly affects the future of the motherland’s rise and fall,affects the implementation of the strategy of governing the country by law,affects the achievement of great rejuvenation of the "Chinese dream".Therefore,governing the country by law puts forward new requirements on the quality of college students’ legal.Based on the Perspective of "Ruling the Country by Law",this article made a deep research on the Cultivation of the Legal Quality Which Is Included in College Students’ Moral Quality.First of all,describe the connotation of the moral quality of college students and take "the relationship between law and morality","the relationship between governing by law and the quality of college students ’moral quality" as the starting point to explain the new requirements that governing by law put on college students’ legal quality,namely: require students know the rule of law and have the awareness of the law.Secondly,the paper takes the questionnaire survey of the legal hazard of college students in the colleges and universities of northern Anhui as the epitome,studies the problems of the legal quality of college students and digs out the reasons behind them.Thirdly,from the perspective of the rule of law,it puts forward four aspects of the quality education of college students’ legal education.
