The Influence Of Non-specialized Quality Of College Students' Employment Quality Research

In recent years,the government attaches great importance to "improve the quality of employment",especially with the community on the quality of employment attention continues to increase,the quality of employment research is also increasing,but the study of different objects,including college graduates employment quality research for the most,This is because the employment of college students this group is not only related to the development of the individual,but also related to the country's future.This paper is based on the previous research results to support the preparation of employment quality score table.And through the investigation of the non-professional quality of the graduates,the use of multiple regression analysis and robustness analysis and other methods to affect the quality of non-professional quality factors to do the analysis of the quality of employment of college graduates have factors,from non-professional quality angle gives the countermeasures and suggestions,in order to achieve the improvement of college students' employment quality.College students employment quality of Henan province empirical research conclusion is as follows:(1)the university graduates employment is down labor remuneration,working hours,extended,learning,training quality difficult to guarantee,and career development problems such as unclear;(2)college students' ideological and moral quality,psychological quality,ability quality and innovative quality content will produce significantly positive influence on the quality of employment.According to the conclusion,this paper,based on the connotation of professional quality,analyzes the problems existing in the current college students' non-specialized quality aspects,such as: ideological and moral quality is not high,poor psychological quality,ability quality and innovation ability is weak,and so on,based on this,puts forward the measures to enhance their non-specialized quality.
