The Study On Cultivation Problems Of College Students’ Employment Quality In China

College students are the great treasure and hope of the motherland. At present,college students’ employment problem is the focus of international attention and hotspots，which is related to the immediate interests of the college students,families, thesustained healthy development of colleges and universities, the construction of aharmonious society，and especially social stability. There are many reasons for it，among which college students’ employment quality is the key. Therefore，to improvethe quality of university students’ employment becomes a decisively important factorto solve the employment. Only by intensifying college students’ employment qualitycultivation, can students improve their comprehensive quality, enhancecompetitiveness to cope with various complex and the severe employment situation,in order to stand out in a more favorable conditions and achieve their goals.The connotation of university students’ employment quality at present in theacademia has not a precise definition. Its content also relates view, employmentpsychological quality, professional skills and innovation consciousness and so on,which are the basic qualities in the employment process of college students mustpossess. It is first based on the present situation of college students’ employmentquality cultivation in Gansu province. This paper analyzes the reasons of the existenceand attempts to put forward to solve the countermeasures, which will lay thefoundation of the study on cultivation of the college students’ employment quality andprovide certain research value and practical significance in order to explore and thinkto solve confusion faced by college students employment quality cultivation in ourcountry.This paper studies the basic problems of college students’ employment qualitycultivation in China though four aspects:The first part: Summarized the basic content of college students’ employmentquality cultivation and its main characteristics, the basic function of the collegestudents’ employment quality cultivation in our country, using the concept of quality,quality concept for college students.The second part: Mainly discussed the necessity of college students’ employmentquality cultivation in our country, respectively, from the perspective of the theoretical basis and reality basis. This paper expounds the problems in light of the reality of theemployment and training of college students’ employment quality, according to thetheory starting point and the reality.The third part: Took the colleges and universities of Gansu province as anexample and did the empirical analysis about the present situation of the employmentof college students’ quality training, find out the current problems of college students’employment quality cultivation in Gansu province and do the further analysis.Locating the problem of specificity to a common level, the paper foundcommonalities to explore further analysis problem of college students’ employmentquality cultivation in our country, on the basis of the analysis of the cause.The fourth part: From the perspective of practice, this paper discussed the basicprinciples of the college students’ employment quality cultivation in our country.Besides, it is based on the viewpoint of principle, tentatively put forward somepractical and effective countermeasures according to college students’ employmentquality cultivation in our country.
